HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
  • Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £50 GBP.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Once you have filled in the form on my contact page (see button below) I will get in touch with you to arrange a video call. This is so that you can meet me and we can chat and decide if we are a good fit to work together. I will explain more about what happens in my coaching sessions.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A TYPICAL SESSION?

In a typical coaching session, I will ask you what you want to focus on and will encourage you to identify a goal. I will help you to clarify your goal and break it down into specific, achievable steps. Through asking questions, I’ll encourage you to explore your motivations and any potential blocks to your success. My role is to support you in a non-judgemental way and facilitate the changes you want to make.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

That depends on you. Some people only need a few sessions to work on a specific goal. Others want to work with me over a longer time period, either because they want the extra support or because there are lots of areas where they want to make changes.

HOW OFTEN WOULD WE MEET?

Again, this depends on your individual needs. Most people like to meet weekly to help maintain their motivation, but if you prefer to meet less frequently that’s fine too. I try to be as flexible as possible.

IS IT CONFIDENTIAL?

All sessions are confidential and I will not share the content of our sessions with anyone else.

The only time I would need to consider making a disclosure would be if I believed you were at serious risk of harming yourself or another person.
