I’m based in the UK and work online via Zoom.
Please note that I am only taking on new clients who are UK residents.

I work as an Internal Family Systems therapist, and also offer more general coaching for chronic pain and other medically unexplained symptoms. You can find out more about these two approaches on my Internal Family Systems page and my Coaching for Chronic Pain page.
HOW IT
WORKS
Session length - 60 mins via a Zoom call
Frequency of sessions: I typically offer regular weekly therapy appointments. I can sometimes also offer fortnightly appointments
Number of sessions: I normally contract for six sessions initially but there is no up front commitment, and no limit
Location: I work online, but please note that I'm only taking on new clients who are UK residents
Therapy rates: sliding scale of £75 - £100 per hour (I also keep a couple of lower cost spaces for those experiencing financial hardship)
Consultation rate: £90 per hour

I do have some limited availability for IFS consultation/supervision.
