ABOUT
ME
I want to help you make positive changes
I’m Phil and I live in South Gloucestershire in the UK. I’m a transgender man and have two young adult kids, two cats and a dog.
Over the years I’ve been a teacher, a full-time parent, a small business owner, a community choir leader, and an author. I never let fear of failure stop me from trying something different, but I often needed some support along the way.
Early in 2020 I reached a low point. I felt stuck in a negative mindset, and I was suffering from chronic pain. Discovering the mindbody connection helped me get back on track. I decided to train as a life coach because I’m passionate about passing on the knowledge and techniques that helped me transform my own life.

WHAT I DO
As your coach, I’ll support you every step of the way.
I’ll help you clarify your goals, and explore your personality traits, emotions, and thinking patterns. Together, we’ll examine and work through any limiting beliefs or other blocks that are keeping you stuck.
I’m trained in the Internal Family Systems model of therapy, and I often incorporate IFS in my client work.
