In my life I’ve been through a lot of change and evolution. But at times I’ve also been stuck in patterns of negative thinking and behaviour that were holding me back. I found the help I needed to break free of that vicious circle, and I want to share what I’ve learned with you.
I can guide you out of the rut you’re in, because I’ve been there and found my way out. Whether you want to break old habits or introduce new ones, I will work with you to establish more positive patterns of thought and behaviour. I can support your goals around health, wellbeing, work, and self-care; and help you if you’re dealing with chronic pain or other stress-related illness.
